Carwinnick is a delightful little hamlet tucked away down Cornish country lanes a short distance from Grampound which is an historic village located between the Cathedral City of Truro and St Austell. From Carwinnick you can easily access the outstanding beaches of The Roseland Peninsula. The sailing waters of The River Fal can be accessed at St Just-In-Roseland and St Mawes and the famous feast nights at The Hidden Hut near Portscatho are not too far away. Seafood lovers might like to visit Curgurrel Farm Shop where the freshly caught and cooked dressed lobsters are hard to beat! The property is ideally located to enjoy all that's special about life in Cornwall. To find the property from Truro, go though Grampound, after leaving the village there is an overtaking lane. At the top of the hill turn right, signposted TREGONY 4 . After half a mile turn left signposted Carwinnick. The narrow lane leads to the property, which is on the left hand side. Drive past the development and there is a sign Carwinnick Cottage & Barn. If you have an up to date sat nav it will take you to the drive leading to Trecaine Farm.
