A simply charming rural converted stone barn in a courtyard with several others located in stunning countryside and surrounded by farmland. This delightful character home has been converted to a high standard and features deep window reveals with sash style windows and an impressive living / dining space with a high vaulted, beamed ceiling and feature wood burner. Stepping inside, there's a welcoming entrance hallway with coat cupboard and airing cupboard. The kitchen has been fitted with a range of base and wall shaker beech style units with laminated granite style worktops. There's a built-in fridge and dishwasher and the Bosch double oven, ceramic hob and chimney style extractor are also integrated. The living space is an open plan lounge / dining room with stairs to a mezzanine level (which has currently been converted into a study but could be easily returned to a gallery style space). The living space has a beautiful modern wood burning stove and there is a stable door out to a timber deck with exceptional views. Bedroom one is a lovely ground floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room. There are a couple of steps up from the entrance hallway to an inner hallway where bedroom two is located. Bedroom two also has an en-suite shower room and is a generous size. There is a separate family bathroom which has a bath and a shower enclosure. Up stairs there is a converted attic room which is currently used as a further bedroom (but does not have a door). There is a large single garage which has a dedicated utility area and two separate access doors in addition to the garage doors. The garden wraps around the side and rear of the property and is mostly lawned. A separate vegetable garden has been created and fenced and the views from the garden are exceptional. To the front of the house there is plenty of parking in the courtyard which has been pleasantly landscaped.
