Where It Is

Looe is a small coastal harbour town with a working fishing port and a rail link. The town is set in a spectacular wooded valley and bisected by the River Looe which is a haven for water sports enthusiasts. This historic harbour is located on the south Cornish coast (known as The Cornish Riviera for its glittering light and mild climate) and has a sandy beach to the side of the Banjo Pier. Looe is famous for its seafood with fishmongers and restaurants offering fresh local crab and lobster straight off the boat! And whether you prefer gourmet seafood restaurants or the freshest fish and chips you won't be short of choice.
