The location is very convenient for swift access to Truro for shopping, restaurants, schools etc and the beautiful River Fal at Loe Beach, Feock where there are great sailing facilities. The National Trust house, gardens and woodland walks at Trelissick are nearby and the outstanding beaches of The Roseland Peninsula can be swiftly accessed via The King Harry Ferry.
